These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AIBackgroundRemover.com ("AIBackgroundRemover", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of our website and background removal service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make purchases. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

The Service lets you remove backgrounds from images using AI that runs locally in your browser. You keep all rights to the images you process. We claim no ownership of your images and, because processing happens on your device, we do not receive or store them. You are solely responsible for the images you process and for having the necessary rights to use them.

Paid downloads are measured in credits: 1 credit = 1 image. Credits are not currency, have no cash value except as stated in these Terms, and are non-transferable. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date by emailing support@aibackgroundremover.com from the email on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, process defamatory or infringing images, attempt to bypass limits, reverse engineer the Service, or share one account among multiple people without permission.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.

The Service Is Provided "As Is" And "As Available", Without Warranties Of Any Kind, Express Or Implied. We Do Not Warrant That The Service Will Be Uninterrupted, Error-Free Or That Results Will Meet Your Requirements.

To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Law, We Will Not Be Liable For Any Indirect, Incidental, Special, Consequential Or Punitive Damages, Or For Lost Profits, Revenues, Data Or Goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your images, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
